Payout speed

Boo Casino Withdrawal Times

Two clocks run on every payout: the pending period, then the rail. Miss that and the numbers on any casino site look like nonsense. Here is both halves, measured honestly.

All payment methods

The short answer

A verified Boo Casino account clears a pending withdrawal in anything from a few minutes to about 24 hours. Once it is approved, Revolut and e-wallets take 2 to 12 hours, debit cards 1 to 3 working days, and SEPA transfers 2 to 5 working days. Minimum €20, no fee. Your first payout is the slow one — after verification is done, everything afterwards moves at the speeds above.

Ask ten players how long a casino takes to pay and you will get ten different answers, because most of them are timing different things. Some start the clock when they click withdraw. Some start it when the email arrives saying the payout was approved. The gap between those two moments is where nearly all the frustration lives.

So this page splits it in two. First the pending window, which is entirely about your account. Then the transfer itself, which is entirely about the rail you picked and, for cards, about your bank. Get both right and a Boo Casino payout is predictable to within a few hours.

The pending window

Pending is the period between you requesting the money and the payments team approving it. On a verified account with a normal-sized withdrawal it is often under an hour and sometimes almost instant. It stretches towards 24 hours when the amount is large enough to need a second pair of eyes, when documents are outstanding, or when the request lands late on a Saturday.

The important part is that a pending withdrawal is reversible. You can cancel it and put the money back into your balance, which is convenient once and expensive if it becomes a habit. If you know that about yourself, ask support to disable reverse withdrawals — it is a one-line request and it makes the pending window a one-way door.

Under 1 hour

Verified account, modest amount, weekday.

2–8 hours

Typical, including most evenings.

Up to 24 hours

First payout, large sums, or weekend requests.

Verification: do it before you need it

Every licensed operator has to confirm who you are before it pays out. Doing that at the moment you want your money is the single biggest cause of a slow first withdrawal, and it is entirely avoidable — the documents can be uploaded the day you open the account.

Who you are

Passport or Irish driving licence. Photo page, all four corners visible, no glare.

Where you live

Utility bill, bank statement or Revenue letter from the last three months, showing your name and address.

How you pay

A card image with the middle digits and CVV covered, or an e-wallet screenshot showing the account email.

Clear photos are reviewed in a few hours. Blurry ones bounce back and cost you a day. Screenshots of a banking app are usually accepted where a PDF statement is not available.

Five things that slow a payout down

01

Unfinished verification

Nothing moves until documents are approved. This accounts for most complaints about slow casinos, at every brand.

02

An open bonus

Wagering requirements have to be finished before a bonus-funded balance is withdrawable. Check the bonus terms first.

03

Weekend timing

Card and SEPA payouts sit still on Saturday and Sunday. E-wallets do not care what day it is.

04

A changed card

If the card that funded the balance has been replaced, the closed loop is broken and the payout has to be re-routed manually.

05

Splitting one big win into many small requests

It feels safer and it is slower. Each request is reviewed separately. One withdrawal clears faster than six.

The closed-loop rule, plainly

Money leaves the way it came in. If you deposited €200 by Visa Debit and you are withdrawing €650, the first €200 goes back to that card and the remaining €450 is paid to a verified bank account or e-wallet in your own name. It is an anti-money-laundering requirement rather than a house rule, and every licensed operator applies some version of it.

The practical consequence: if you deposit with paysafecard or Apple Pay, neither of which can receive money, you need a second method on file before your first payout. Add it early and you will never notice the rule exists.

What players report

"Asked them to switch off reverse withdrawals. Best thing I did — pending is no longer a temptation."

Withdrawal questions

How long does a Boo Casino withdrawal take?

Add the pending period to the transfer time. Pending runs from zero to about 24 hours. After that, Revolut and e-wallets arrive in 2 to 12 hours, debit cards in 1 to 3 working days, and SEPA bank transfers in 2 to 5 working days.

What is the minimum withdrawal at Boo Casino?

EUR 20 on every method. There is no charge from the casino at any amount.

Why is my withdrawal still pending?

Either verification is outstanding, the payout is queued behind a manual check because of its size, or it was requested at the weekend. A first withdrawal is almost always the slowest one you will have.

Can I cancel a pending withdrawal and play the money instead?

Yes, while it is still pending, and that is exactly why the pending window exists. If you would rather not have the option, ask support to turn reverse withdrawals off on your account.

Do I have to withdraw to the method I deposited with?

Up to the amount you deposited, yes. Closed-loop rules send money back the way it arrived. Winnings above your deposit total can go to a verified bank account in your own name.

Are withdrawals slower at weekends?

E-wallets are not, because they settle outside banking hours. Card and SEPA payouts are, because the banks behind them only move money on working days. A Friday evening request often lands on Tuesday.
